Leman Zhang has been engaged in technical management at an international renowned beverage company since 1995. Afterwards, from 2000 he has held positions such as sales manager, technical sales manager, and APAC food enzyme application manager in various international renowned food ingredient and biological product companies. In 2020, he joined Chr Hansen China as the Director of Business Development, leading a team to explore the promotion of new applications of bacteria and yeast in the food and beverage industry, including fermented alcohol beverage, fermented fruit and vegetable juice, fermented tea, fermented meat products, etc., These cross-cultural and diverse job experiences have helped him accumulate rich knowledge and experience in the food and beverage industry. Since 2010, he has been invited to serve as a lifelong visiting professor at China Beer School.
