According to the current COVID-19 prevention regulations, and the requirements of the public security department for the real-name system for large-scale events:

5. Onsite Sign-in
5.1.Sign-in Instructions
5.1.1. All tickets in the FBIF tickets system are for personal use only. Once the onsite sign-in is completed, they cannot be canceled or replaced. If replacement is required, please re-purchase tickets.
5.1.2. For guests with mainland ID card, sign-in is not required. You can enter the venue directly with your original ID card. If you need badge, you can go to the sign-in area (1F) for printing.
5.1.3. For guests without mainland ID card (from HongKong, Macao, Taiwan or overseas), the admission badge will be required. You need to present the passports or other identification documents that match your ticket holder's infomation at the sign-in area to get your admission badge.
5.1.4. If you confirm that you are unable to attend, please contact the corresponding sales or FBIF Organizing Committee before 24:00 on Jun. 13, 2023 (the day before FBIF2023) to complete the replacement of personnel or extend the quota to the next FBIF Forum use.

6.2. Admission Notice
6.2.1. No admittance for minors (under 18 years old):
Minors are not allowed to enter this venue. The FBIF Organizing Committee reserves the right to restrict their entry at any time, along with their guardians, according to this clause.
6.2.2. No admittance for pets:
In order to ensure the order of the exhibition site, pets are not allowed to enter the venue. The FBIF Organizing Committee reserves the right to restrict the entry of customers who bring pets at any time, according to this clause.
6.2.3. No food from outside:
According to the regulations of the venue, outside food is not allowed in the exhibition area. The catering service area inside the venue could satisfy your individual dining demand.

7.3. Tips
7.3.1. The accommodation shall be arranged by the participants and the expenses shall be borne by themselves.
7.3.2. In view of the full schedule of the exhibition hall, the booking demand of the surrounding hotels may increase sharply during the forum. It is strongly recommended to book the room in advance in case there is a short of room by the time.
7.3.3. Hotel prices are the cooperation prices between JL-BESTmeeting and the hotels, including 15% service charges, tax, and the bus fare for early pick-up, as well as evening delivery from the hotel to the exhibition hall during the forum, and they may fluctuate due to off-peak seasons. Taxes, service charges and occupancy regulations are subject to the latest hotel policies.

9. Dining Arrangement
Catering Service in the Venue:
According to the venue's regulations, outside food is not allowed in the exhibition area. There are some catering service areas and stores inside the venue, if necessary, you could go to the following locations for your individual dining demand:
- 1F of Central Corridor;
- 3F of North Lobby west;
- Hall 17 2nd & 3rd floor;
- Hall 20 1st floor (Grab-n-Go Only).

10. Medical Point
During the event, a medical point is located in the Central Corridor 1F in order to address unexpected medical situations and ensure the safety of people on site. The Medical Point is equipped with professional medical staff to provide convenient medical and first-aid services for FBIF participants.
