Yitong Liu currently is the Director of F&B Application Center, Consumer Biosolutions China, Novozymes. She is specialized in enzyme development, application & innovations in food and beverage. Yitong Liu holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Tsinghua University. She joined Novozymes since 2011 and has been focusing on research and development of new enzyme and biotechnology with a number of patent publications. She was expatriated to Novozymes Denmark headquarter, building vast experience in enzyme technology, innovation and customer engagement. With strong expertise, she has greatly driven enzyme innovations in food and beverage industry and committed to bring nutrition, health and flavor enhancement solutions to Chinese consumers.
