Mr. Lu Jian has 25 years of management experience in the FMCG industry.

Mr. Lu holds a degree in Food Science from Jiangnan University and an MBA from  Arizona State University.

Mr. Lu joined Want - Want Group in 2000 and has held several key roles,

Including: R&D Supervisor, Dairy Project Manager, Head of Dairy and Cold Chain Operations.

He is now the Candy Division & Production and Operations Center.

Mr. Lu also serves as Vice Chairman of the Dairy Products Industry Association and a member of the IDF China National Committee.

With extensive expertise in product development and business operations, Mr. Lu is an effective and strategic leader.

Mr. Lu’s leadership and management expertise have earned him several awards,

Revitalization of China’s Dairy Industry Award.

Under Mr. Lu’s leadership, Want - Want Group won the China Industrial Award in 2022, the first food company to receive this honor.
