James Jin is the Managing Partner of Ventech China, lead Ventech China invest in consumer tech area. His representative investment portfolio includes Keep, Super Monkey, DFWY, Naive Blue etc. James Jin has more than 20 years of experience in venture capital investment and cooperation with MNCs.
Before joining Ventech China, in 2005, James co-founded the CMHJ Partners, anchored by China Merchant Group, focusing on investing in high-tech start-ups. Prior to that, James was the general manager of a Silicon Valley based start-up, which later on was acquired by a Private Equity Fund. Before going to the US, he was responsible for marketing & sales of five operating departments at Eastman Kodak China.
James holds an M.B.A. degree of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, as well as the Master of Science degree in Computer Science, California State University.
