David is a Senior Innovation Executive with over 23 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. He has championed global cross-functional R&D teams to deliver global breakthrough innovation for both entrepreneurial and billion-dollar brands. He recently joined NotCo, a Food Tech unicorn, as the VP of R&D for the North America region leading breakthrough innovation across plant-based dairy and meat categories.
Prior to joining NotCo, David spent several years at Ferrero (a global Leader in Sweet Packaged Foods) and held a variety of Global and Domestic Executive roles including his last role as the Head of America’s Innovation Center for the Ferrero Group. Prior to Ferrero, David spent ten years with The Coca-Cola Company in a variety of Senior roles, including his last role as the Global R&D lead for the Enhanced hydration category and “better for you” brands across several global billion brands. David is extremely passionate about nutrition, food and wellness, particularly inspired by his family’s love for food as preventive medicine, sports, gastronomy, and meditation. He is also extremely passionate about mentoring the younger generation.
