Uki graduated from Oxford University with a Master's degree, and worked for Jardine Matheson, a Bermuda-domiciled British multinational conglomerate. In 2017 she invested in CHI FOREST and joined full-time afterwards. She has founded the International BU and the Functional Beverage BU which are both flourishing. She currently serves as VP of Branding at CHI FOREST, and is actively engaged in the building of multiple brands.
