Mr. Dong Zhou holds the position of VP, MSC Greater China. He leads the Mondelēz Greater China Supply Chain Team and is responsible for the supply chain operations in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He has more than 20 years of supply chain management experience in the leading FMCG industry.
Mr. Dong Zhou has extensive professional experience in IL6S and supply chain operations. Under his leadership, Mondelēz Suzhou factory was awarded as End to End Lighthouse Factory, which means Mondelēz became the industry benchmark from upstream procurement, downstream logistics and headquarter supply chain plan execution.
Prior to joining Mondelēz, Mr. Dong Zhou worked for several multinational consumer goods companies. He is not only an expert in supply chain management, but also has rich and diversified experience in corporate management and lean manufacturing.
