Before joining Kraft Heinz, she worked for Nielsen, Unilever and Coca-Cola and has solid experience in consumer market insight, commercial leadership, and franchise management. The unique experience makes her put consumers and customer needs first, dare to change and choose greatness. Tracy graduated from Tongji University and is currently pursuing an EMBA at Aberdeen University.
