Mr. Mufan Chen specializes in consumer panel research with 18 years substantial experiences in serving both manufacturers and retailers in Greater China. He started his current role as Executive Director, South Region of Kantar Worldpanel in Jan 2020. He is responsible for commercial and client management in mainland China, focusing on consumer, shopper, retail insight and client satisfaction.  Mr. Chen joined TNS in 2005, and was responsible for key client development in Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
