Richard Chang started his career in Mars Confectionery as a management trainee, right after graduation from University in 2002, responsible for APAC package procurement. After Mars, he spent 12 years with Cargill for a number of different commercial management roles in different countries, such as trading soybean future in Brazil, managing strategic account cross APEMA, building commercial cases for two vegoil complexes in China and Malaysia, leading frying oil transformation in leading QSR in Singapore and Great China, etc.
Now he is the Vice President of Doehler APAC, responsible for the strategic expansion, product line PNL and team development. Doehler Group is a German family-owned business with a history of more than 190 years. It has production bases in 46 countries around the world, and customers across more than 120 countries and areas.
2023 is full of uncertainty, but crisis and opportunity coexist.
