Emma Wang is FountainVest’s Managing Director and head of Value Creation Team who also leads Food and Beverage sector investments. Before joining FountainVest, she served as Chief Growth Officer of OneConnect Financial Technology (NYSE: OCFT) and Chief Strategy Officer of Noah Holdings Limited (NYSE: Noah). Previously, she was a global Partner at Egon Zehnder, a world leading leadership strategy consulting firm, where she led the firm's Financial Services and Private Equity Practices in China. Before that, Emma was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, focusing on M&A advisory and corporate strategy and finance projects for local and multinational clients. Earlier, she was Brand Integrity and Business Development Manager with Philip Morris International, based in the US, Switzerland, and China.

Emma is a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) and received her MBA degree from Baruch College, City University of New York and BA in International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
