Having inherited the innovation and entrepreneurship theories rooted in Stanford's design thinking and Harvard professor Christensen's Consumer Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), I had spread new product strategies and commercialization in Fortune 500 companies (Unilever, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Danone Nutricia) and local unicorn companies (Yuanqi Senlin) for almost two decades. Through this experience, I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of the different FMCG innovation models, from agile to rigor applications.
