Dr. Yong Jing holds a Ph.D. in natural polymer chemistry and 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with technical expertise in natural products, food and beverage, and nutritional science. Currently, he is R&D and Innovation senior director for the retail business at Naixue's Tea. Before joining Naixue, he served as the head of new product commercialization management and R&D technical teams at several multinational companies, including Unilever (UK), Royal DSM (Netherlands), and PepsiCo (USA), gaining extensive experience in food and beverage development and new product launches.
