Changfa Zhang, a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior rural revitalization craft master, is currently the vice chairman of the Industrialization Branch of Chinese Cuisine of the World Catering Federation, the president of the Jiangsu Lotus Root Association, and the chairman of Jiangsu Hexian Food Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Changfa Zhang graduated from the Food Engineering major of Jiangnan University. He has focused on lotus root processing for more than 30 years and has extremely strong product innovation and R&D capabilities. He is the pioneer of the deep processing industry of Chinese lotus root products, and the first to industrialize the "quick-frozen lotus root coupling" product, and has a national invention patent. He has led the enterprise to win many honors such as the first place in global lotus root sales and the first brand of Chinese lotus root for 10 consecutive years.
