Dr. Joanna Moro has a Ph.D. in nutrition sciences and graduated from Paris-Saclay University in France; in charge of the development of preclinical and clinical studies for Ingredia bioactive ingredient to evaluate their efficacy and to better understand their mode of action. Dr. Moro has been responsible for Ingredia company and has partnered with fifteen preclinical studies and about ten clinical studies.
