Postdoc from Cornell University, Ph.D. in Nutritional Science from Iowa State University, and M.S. in Biomedical Studies from Baylor University, a registered dietitian (RD) and licensed dietitian in the U.S..  Involved in various projects funded by the USDA and NIH and has expertise in research on healthy diet and behavioral patterns. Worked in a top-tier hospital in the U.S. as a clinical dietitian and was a contract dietitian at Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, CAS, specializing in weight management and chronic disease prevention. Served as a partner and CTO in a startup and established a nutrition consultation platform integrating AI for dietary assessment and intervention innovation. Returned back to China in 2022 and took the role as a nutrition expert at IFF.
