Prof. XinAn Zeng, vice president of Foshan University, doctoral supervisor of School of Food Science and Engineering of South China University of Technology, national "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" scientific and technological innovation leading talent, Ministry of Science and Technology "Technological Innovation Leading Talent", Ministry of Education "New Science and Technology" Century Outstanding Talent", expert with special allowance from the State Council, serves as vice chairman of the non-thermal branch of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology.
