Yuanhui Zhao, Ph.D., Professor and Assistant Dean of the college of Food Science and Engineering, Ocean University of China. Visiting Scholar at Cornell University in the United States, Director of the Shandong Biofermentation Industry Association and the Shandong Special Medical Formula Food Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and Expert Committee on School Food Safety in Shandong Province. Formerly served as a technical consultant, deputy general manager of science and technology, and deputy director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Ganyu District, Lianyungang. Main research direction: Research and industrialization of new marine food.
