Founder of Alfee coffee in Taiwan, China, and former coffee project consultant for many companies such as Chimei Coffee and Gaoqing Group, Alfee has been the Coffee R&D Director of LUCKIN COFFEE since 2020.

Alfee has gained rich experience in coffee R&D and coffee course training, and is highly recognized. He has served as an instructor of SCA BARISTA, coffee pulling and professional espresso courses in several coffee academies in Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing and Chongqing. Alfee has served as a juror for many coffee events, such as coffee pulling juror and coffee brewing juror for PCA Coffee Master Competition; juror for Italian Coffee Pulling Art Competition 2016; juror for World Latte Art Championship (WLAC) in Taiwan, China  from 2015 to 2019; joror for World Latte Art Championship (WLAC), China 2019; full-time examiner for SCA Fine Coffee Association, etc.
