Product concept, highlights and added value
Mapo tofu is a classic Sichuan dish and a national delicacy. Its seasoning is complex and it is a product particularly suitable for compound seasonings. After we researched this dish, we found that authentic Mapo Tofu must add minced beef or pork, but preparing minced meat at home is a particularly troublesome task. Most users complained to us that not only is it troublesome to buy the minced meat, but it is also troublesome to wash it. When the meat is minced, it makes people feel uncomfortable and their hands are greasy. Therefore, we added 22% minced pork belly as raw material to the product, making it the first seasoning product in the domestic market that comes with its own minced meat.
