The demand of current consumers for food health and safety is increasing day by day. People increasingly recognize the concept of no additive products and pursue as less food additives as possible in their daily diet. The product design concept of ZUN XUN ZI RAN oyster sauce aims to balance healthy and tasty, make the first additive-free oyster sauce in China. ① Simple ingredients, do not add food additives; ingredients only including oyster juice, white granulated sugar, water, fermented soy sauce, edible salt, starch, wheat flour, and nothing else; ② 30% + high-concentration oyster juice, oyster sauce made with the original flavor of delicious oysters: select annual Taiwan Strait pearl oysters that are far from the coastline, less polluted, and grow naturally, five oysters are concentrated into one oyster juice essence; The amount of oyster juice in our oyster sauce added is as high as 30%, with rich oyster flavor, mellow and moist texture, bright reddish amber color, no need to add additional flavor enhancers, it is full of umami, adding half quantity of ordinary oyster sauce can condense the fresh taste which could balance healthy and tasty. ③ The shelf life of this product without preservatives could reach to 24 months: Fully automatic, closed sterilization technology and automatic filling technology are used in the entire production process, and more than hundreds of inspection points from raw materials to finished products ensure that the total number of colonies is less than 100CFU/g, to achieve the same cleanliness as purified water.

At present, the oyster sauce products on the market contain 3%-5% oyster juice, starch takes the biggest part of the ingredients. Umami taste and amino acid nitrogen is getting from food additives such as MSG. As consumers become more and more accustomed to use oyster sauce for stir-frying dishes, a large amount of invisibly various food additives are absorbed by human body. In order to provide high-concentration pure and original oyster sauce to consumers who are pursuing health and natural, we follow the law of nature, select natural ingredients, clean formulas, and use fresh oyster to enhance the seasoning freshness, refuse to add extra additives, no additional burden of additive absorbing for human body. During the development of our oyster sauce, we traveled all over China's main oyster producing areas, and finally chose oysters far away from the coastline in the deep sea of the Taiwan Strait as raw materials, which has a growing period of more than one year. The growth time is more than one year to ensure that the oysters are mature and plump; the deep seas far away from the coastline are rich in nutrients, fast flowing, good water quality, and no pollution, ensuring the quality of the oysters. Only good raw oysters can make good oyster juice. The raw oysters are harvested, opened, and boiled immediately. Each portion of oyster juice is made by steaming and condensing at least 5 portions of raw oysters. In order to preserve the freshness of oysters as much as possible, the oyster juice is slowly boiled at low heat to ensure that every drop of it is the essence of oysters. Add more than 30% oyster juice essence to the oyster sauce to condense and freshen up the freshness and flavor.
