Haipeng Meng, Director of Beverage R&D Department, Product R&D Centre, Dali Foods Group.

He graduated from China Agricultural University in 1998 and has 23 years of experience in beverage and food research and development.

He joined Dali Foods Group in 2006 and has developed products including Heqizhzeng, Green Tea with Plum, Peanut Milk, Hi-Tiger, DOU BEN DOU and plant-based yoghurt.

He is currently one of the first batch of experts in the food production industry in Fujian Province, and is a member of the 4th Council of the Plant-Based Food Branch of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology.
