As scientist in Chobani (USA) and as Vice President - Quality and Process at Drums Food International, Epigamia (India), he has gained profound insights in crafting new products in accordance to consumer preference. At Chobani, he was involved in crafting new products that catered to children and adults and at Epigamia, he implemented quality and processes in manufacture of Greek yogurt. Dairy processes, R&D, quality and management in milk procurement are his core strengths. Is a runner and birder in his leisure time.
