Jackson Chan serves as the President and Managing Director of  Cargill Animal Protein Business (CAPC) in China. Jackson joins this business since October 2014. Before Jackson became the President of CAPC, he has been leading the business operations of the primary and further processing facilities, Supply Chain, Food Safety Quality & Regulatory, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering & Build Project teams, Feed manufacturing, nutrition as well as the Risk Management.

Prior to his current role in the animal protein space, Jackson served as the Asia Pacific Regional Manager of Cargill Sugar Business Unit. He has worked in a few key commercial positions in the same Business Unit in Hongkong and Switzerland. 

When Jackson stationed in Hong Kong, he served as the Cargill Office Representative for more than 10 years.  

Jackson likes travelling, skiing, golfing, jogging and swimming.
