Jinzhu Pang, PhD, as Director of Nutrition Science, Research and Innovation Department of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co. Ltd, has 17 years’ experience in R&D of Infant Formula and Functional Food. He was in charge of the core technical work of more than 10 series of infant formula and functional food development, and he organized breast milk research in 8 cities of China and infant eczema incidence survey in 3 cities of China, and implemented a number of multi-center clinical feeding research work on infant formula milk powder. Recently, he presided over the research, “Creation of New Generation Infant Dairy Products and Milk-based Formulated Foods for Special Medical Purposes (Project No. 2017YFD0400605)", in the 13th Five-Year National Key Research and Development Program--"Development of Special Dairy Products and Common Key Technologies Based on Breast Milk Components in China". Moreover, as the technically key staff of projects, he has engaged in six ministry’s and national commission’s scientific research projects. In addition, he participated in the compiling and publication of three nutrition books, and published 16 academic papers.
