Cindy is currently taking a role as Scientific Affairs Manager for APAC region in DSM Food Specialties. During her 7 years working in DSM, she also led the technical services and marketing. Before joining DSM, she worked in the largest dairy company in Australia for many years, and was responsible for R&D and commercial development of dairy nutritional products. She obtained her PhD in dairy science from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and published 6 SCI articles; achieved an Executive Master of Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, graduated with the highest score, and was awarded the 'Excellent Academic Award' by the Business School. She has led or participated in 5 patented inventions. She was a registered dietitian of the Australian Nutrition Society, currently a member of the Professional Technical Committee of the Chinese National Committee of IDF (International Dairy Federation), and a member of the ‘Food Safety and Nutrition Health’ Professional Committee of the Guangdong Health Management Association. Cindy is passionate about exploring new things, sharing, communicating and growing together with people in the industry to jointly promote food innovation and nutritional quality improvement in China.
