In 2011, Tanya WANG was invited to join the Baicaowei and became the co-founder, fully responsible for the development of its brands, products and channels. From 2011 to 2017, she led the whole company to create a sales myth to around RMB 4 billion, beginning with merely 23 million, and established the brand's leading position in the leisure food market in China. During the past years, she helped Baicaowei 's brands won many awards, including the IFFIE Awards, Awards in ROI Festival, IAI International Advertising Awards and Golden Wheat Awards, which also built high reputations for Baicaowei in both fields of marketing and business.
During the tenure, Tanya put forward plentiful new marketing strategies, and the special May 17 Food Festival that she created even became an excellent model of the e-commerce festival. She also created many effective marketing methods combining the film and television content marketing to attract young people's attention, which greatly increased the sales and enhanced the company's influence. In terms of the product strategy, considering the new consumption concepts, she proposed the new brand communication mode and product shaping mode, and helped create a series of star products such as the Jujube Holding Nuts and the Daily Nuts. In 2018, she overall upgraded the brand image of Baicaowei, and the new brand vision system also won the Gold Prize of the Pentawards, which is known as the "Oscar" in the international packaging design.
In addition, Tanya attaches high importance to the corporate social responsibility. She established the Baicaowei Foundation, and always led volunteers to offer supplies for the disaster areas as well as to provide education resources for the poor areas.
