Dr. Shaohui Zhang graduated from Kagoshima University in Japan and granted a doctor degree of agriculture science in 1998. After that, Dr. Zhang has worked in Tanishow Food Research Institute as Researcher, Shanghai Bright Dairy as Manager of R&D and Director of Production & Technology, Mengniu Group as Chief Research Officer, Doehler Group as Technical Header of APAC. His main responsibilities were new product development, production technology management and production safety system, etc. Now, he is responsible for Dairy Science Laboratory in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and leading a team service to clients, mainly developing new products and process technologies for dairy and beverage companies, meanwhile focus on the functional research and application development of bioactive peptides. In 2016, he founded Zhejiang Huipept Life Health Technology Co., Ltd.,

Mainly engaged in the industrial production and sales of bioactive peptide products, provides milk-derived vital peptides and probiotic hydrolyzed protein products for dairy and infant formula companies.
