Yuanrong ZHENG, a Senior Engineer graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master degree, is now working in the State Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology, and the Bright Dairy Research Institute as the Cheese Brand Manager. Owning about 9-year's cheese research and development experience, he is now engaged in the processed cheese and fresh cheese industry. He has researched and developed over 10 kinds of products, including High Temperature Processed Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Bar Cheese, Wiener Farmstead Cheese and so on. He has participated in 7 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, won 8 provincial and ministerial level and industrial awards, and has won the Special Prize and the First Prize from Dairy Industry Association. Also, he owns 2 internationally patented products, 18 China invention patents, and 3 Utility Model Patent. Besides, he has published 2 books, The Cheese Science & Technology, and The Fermented Milk, 16 SCI papers, 15 EI and CSCD papers, and has formulated 2 items of the industry standards.
