Mr. Yan graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor of Arts degree. With 16 years of experience in the advertising industry, he has held senior roles in Publicis Groupe (the world’s 3rd largest communications group) and Guangdong Advertising Group (China’s first publicly listed advertising company), including Senior Marketing Cluster Director and Deputy General Manager of the Content Marketing Center. Currently, he serves as an industry mentor for the Master’s programs in Journalism and Communication at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, as well as a mentor for the Kotler Consulting Group (China) Growth Lab.

His areas of interest and expertise include brand strategy and communication, as well as content marketing (e.g., IP creation and social media ecosystem planning).
