Dr. Hongwei Wang is the Chief Technology Officer of BIOGROWING, holding dual doctorates in Medicine and Nutrition, and is a registered dietitian.
He serves as the Vice Chair of the Probiotics, Prebiotics, and Health Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society, Member of the Geriatric Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society, Secretary-General of the Children's Nutrition and Food Professional Committee of the Shanghai Food Association, and a professional graduate advisor at the Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Currently, he is the Chief Technology Executive Officer at BIOGROWING. With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Wang has systematically studied and researched nutrition and health sciences at renowned universities and research institutes both domestically and internationally. He has also worked in research and application related to nutrition and health foods at multiple multinational enterprises. His expertise spans the research and development of health food ingredients (such as probiotics, functional carbohydrates, and proteins), the development of various food products (including dietary supplements, medical foods, vegetarian foods, infant formula, functional beverages, and other general food products), as well as nutrition science research and public science communication. He is dedicated to improving health and reducing disease risks through nutritional foods.
