Peng Yuan, Innovation and Baking CenterTM Director for Lesaffre China, responsible for new product development and technical services. Peng holds a bachelor’s degree in food science major from Tianjin University. Afterwards, he pursued his master’s degree in food science major from Rutgers University in the US. From 2007 to 2015, he gained diversified oversee experiences while he studied and worked in the US. He served as application lab and technical services manager at Innophos, as well as Chair for CNJIFT. Before joining Lesaffre, he also served as R&D Director, General Mills China, responsible for Yoplait and Wanchai Ferry brand R&D work. And he gained rich product design and evaluation experiences.
