Jeff Jin is the group leader of Biscuit Category R&D at Mondelez International Asia. He leads the innovation and technology development for biscuits in China and oversees the healthy strategy for Mondelez biscuits. Jin's team supports biscuit category development in Greater China and parts of Asia, providing technical assistance. Additionally, he is also responsible for coordinating biscuit health strategies across countries to promote nutritious and healthy biscuit products.
Jeff Jin has over 25 years’ experience in food Industry and led a variety of bakery platforms in the companies of Danone Foods, Kraft Foods and Mondelez International. As the Group leader for AMEA Biscuit growth and process, he led the team to continuously improve existing products and launch new products to better meet consumer demand trends and significantly enhance brand value. Successful product launches include the Chips Ahoy chunks , Ritz cheese sandwich, Pacific bits ,Pacific whole grain and Mini Chips Ahoy. ect. In addition to business development, Jin Yongjun is enable Mondelez's biscuit health strategy, ensuring that Mondelez Asia achieves the global 2030 targets for reducing sodium and sugar, and assisting the team in launching more healthy biscuit snacks, such as Oreo Zero sugar, Pacific oats, Pacific High-Protein, ect.
