Mr. Daniel Deng joined Mars Wrigley Confectionery in 2006 as Senior Product Developer and promoted to G&M NPD Manager two years after. He demonstrated great learning agility and strong collaboration with x-functional team together to drive product development and business growth. He is passionate on product innovation which builds a solid foundation to the local business fast growth. Furthermore he is passionate to help our associate career development as a talented people leader. In the meanwhile he also well connected with global Innovation team to drive global and local excellent collaboration. Along the journey Daniel shows great leadership and ownership which were well recognized by key stakeholders.

Daniel start to led the Innovation team as Sr. Innovation Manager in 2014. He reinvented innovation strategy and led the business growth through innovation, driving great incremental to the brand and category penetration.

He transferred to Quality team as Sr. Quality Manager in 2016. He had developed quality competency quickly with strong business acumen and strategic thinking, he also demonstrated the persistent spirit of driving business quality results and breakthrough quality culture as a strong & brave leader.

Daniel had been promoted as PD Director - Gum & Mints, Fruity Confection in 2017, as an engaged Mars Wrigley leader with total 16 years’ experience, he will continue lead Innovation Strategy development and deployment to support Mars Wrigley growth ambitious in China.
