Eileen LIU is the Innovation & Portfolio Director at Firmenich China with key responsibilities to ensure we have the best possible portfolio of flavors and tools for addressing customer briefs. She is also a member of Global Sugar Reduction Incubator, responsible the deployment sugar reduction innovation program and drive the business growth in China.

Eileen holds master’s degree in food science and has more than 20 years of experience in flavor and food manufacturing industries in both technical management and business development. She is familiar with applications formulation covering all beverage categories and dairy. She also has two years oversea working experience in the US.

Since joining Firmenich in May 2003, Eileen held multiple positions: Technical Category Manager, Beverage Category Manager, Beverage Category Director, and most recently Innovation & Portfolio Director. And on top, Sugar Reduction Technical Sales lead in China. Prior to joining Firmenich, she worked multiple years in food and beverage manufacturing companies.

Eileen is a strong believer in healthy living. She enjoys Chinese teas, music and daily health care. She is passionate in promoting Sugar Reduction and healthy living in China!
