Peng Yuan, Technical Center Director for Lesaffre China, responsible for new product development and technical services. Peng holds a bachelor’s degree in food science major from Tianjin University. Afterwards, he pursued his master’s degree in food science major from Rutgers University in the US. From 2007 to 2015, he gained lots of oversee working experiences while he studied and worked in the US. He served as application lab and technical services manager at Innophos, as well as Chair for CNJIFT. After he came back to China, he was the R&D Director for Yoplait and Wanchai Ferry brand in General Mills China.
