Design Story

With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development, customers are increasingly concerned about the impact of packaging waste on the environment.
Brands and users do not need to change the appearance and texture of the product packaging, improve the green quality of the product, enhance the brand value image, choose full biodegradable packaging is the only choice. HZF101 combines the biodegradable material with the composite process, and the finished product has the properties of toughness, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, puncture resistance, etc., which can replace the traditional non-degradable film PA/PE composite structure application. HZF101 waste composting treatment, finally return to the ecological cycle, from the beginning of the design to avoid white pollution, is the true sense of green, environmental friendly packaging products.

HZF101 is a patent-protected product, replacing traditional non-degradable packaging materials, providing solutions to solve the problem of white plastic pollution caused by non-degradable plastic packaging and a series of negative benefits caused by non-degradable landfill after waste.
In addition, among the constituent substrates of HZF101, polylactic acid can be safely contacted with food, and has its own antibacterial performance, which has more advantages in quality preservation and health safety.

HZF101 has passed the industrial compostable certification from authoritative institutions, including China GB/T 19277.1, the United States BPI, ASTM D6400, the European Union EN13432 degradability standard testing and certification.

The packaging products of HZF101 are degraded in 3-6 months under sufficient composting conditions, and the final products are water, carbon dioxide and organic fertilizer, which are harmless to the environment after returning to the ecological cycle.
