I. Brand Concept: Dr.Fresh is a fresh milk brand under YuI. Brand Concept: Dr.Fresh is a fresh milk brand under Yuexiu Huishan. Since its launch in 2006, it has continuously updated and innovated, with freshness, simplicity, and professionalism as its core. It advocates the product concept of "respecting nature, good milk source does not need excessive processing" and is committed to meeting consumers' vision of "making everything fresher".
II. Product Highlights: 1. Raw material selection: Jersey cattle are one of the royal cow breeds designated by the British royal family, with excellent genetic characteristics and unparalleled nutritional advantages. Huishan owns the largest Jersey cattle breeding base in China, with less than 1% of the national stocking rate. Dr.Fresh Jersey fresh milk 100% uses rare Jersey milk source for manufacturing. 2. Innovative technology and nutrition: The industry-leading "nano RO organic membrane + nano MF ceramic membrane" dual membrane filtration technology and low-temperature freshness locking technology are adopted to maximize the retention of live nutrients in Jersey milk. Each 100 milliliters contains 150mg of native high calcium and 4.3g of high-quality protein, which is about 1.5 times the nutritional content of ordinary milk, truly achieving "crown for freshness", while also bringing consumers a higher level of fresh milk life experience. 3. Product taste: It retains the original flavor of milk, with the milk "fresh, sweet, and mellow". 4. Scientific research: Dr.Fresh Jersey fresh milk was also selected as the experimental product of a scientific research project led by Professor Yang Maowei's team sfrom the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. Development Process: Dr.Fresh Jersey fresh milk is a product co-created by Huishan Dairy and consumers in 2022. During the "Fresh Co-creation Camp" event for consumers, fans were invited to serve as "product managers". After several months of multi-round discussions and product research, they jointly developed a high-calcium, high-protein, rich and delicious fresh milk product. During the research and development period, continuous comparisons and adjustments were made to ensure that the best product taste was launched. The Fresh Co-creation event not only listened to the true voices of consumers but also provided an opportunity for consumers to communicate face-to-face with the brand, allowing them to convey their expectations for the product to the brand side, enhancing user participation and experience, and effectively strengthening interaction and linkage between the brand and consumers, achieving "two-way pursuit."
