Product concept, highlights and added value
The concept of "sprouting nuts" is applied to almond kernels mainly innovating from taste and nutrition. The " sprouting " of almond kernels refers to the process of selecting high-quality almond kernels, soaking and activating the nuts under specific temperature and water conditions, and monitoring the activity of phytic acid and biological enzymes in the nuts throughout the process, in order to accurately achieve the specific sprouting effect of the embryo before fully breaking through the seed coat.
