Zhanyi brand was officially launched in 2013 and was the first brand in China to propose the concept of "household baking".

The products include egg tarts, pizza, basic baking materials, baked dairy products, baking premix powder, dessert drinks ingredients, baking tools, and low-temperature meat products.
Product concept, highlights and added value
Formula: The formula of Zhanyi gummy taro balls is different from that of competitive products. We insist on selecting high-quality natural ingredients, and avoid using any artificial essence, pigment or thickener and other additives to keep the product natural and pure, so as to ensure the best quality and healthy food experience for consumers.
Sensory: We insist on selecting imported cassava starch as the raw material to make the taste of taro balls softer and more glutinous. The taro is made from Fujian betel nut taro, while the sweet potato is made from watermelon red variety(also known as Pushu 32) and purple potato is made from violet variety (rich in selenium and Anthocyanidin),providing a richer and sweeter aroma of taro and potato.
