Zhonghong Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonghong Bioengineering”), was founded in 1998 as a joint venture between Proterra Investment Partners and China Tuhsu, headquartered in Beijing. It is one of the pioneers of health food enterprises established since legal management of heath food was implemented in China in 1996. It is also one of the earliest enterprises to develop and sell high-quality health foods. Zhonghong Bioengineering has been dedicated to the health food sector for more than 20 years. The company is included in the important layout of Proterra Investment Partners in the health food sector in China and also an important member enterprise of COFCO to develop high-end health products.
