David Zhou, the R&D Director for Greater China at Givaudan, holds a graduate degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He has participated in training programs related to product development, leadership, project management, innovation, and concept marketing in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and other countries. He has published six papers in authoritative journals in related fields and holds one Chinese invention patent. With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, Jianjun Zhou has worked for several multinational food and food ingredient companies, including Abbott Laboratories in the United States, Kerry Group in Ireland, General Mills in the United States, Danisco in Denmark, and Unilever. In these roles, he held key positions in product development and product innovation. He possesses extensive experience in product development, unique insights into product innovation, and a keen ability to identify new directions in product innovation and research new product development technologies.
