Qi Wang, Founder of " LINGSHOUQIPASHUO". With 16 years of retail industry experience in Japan and 8 years in China, Qi Wang has an extensive background in retail. He began his retail career in 2001 after going to Japan for studies, and upon graduating from Meiji University in 2007, he joined Aeon Japan, where he was responsible for the fresh department. In 2014 he received the President’s Award from Aeon Japan, becoming the first Chinese person to win this honor. In 2016, Qi Wang returned to China and joined Anhui Lecheng Investment, overseeing operations and community store openings. In 2020, he joined Andeli Supermarket, where he was responsible for fresh category, operations, and e-commerce. In 2023, Qi Wang became an independent consultant, focusing on fresh management guidance, Japanese commercial study tours, promoting the 52-week MD theory by Suzuki Tetsuo, community store development, and providing consulting and training on refined retail operations.
