In 2011, joined Rakuten Group, Inc. as a new graduate.

As a new employee, Mr. Nishimoto is responsible for supporting local small and medium-sized enterprise stores.

In 2014, transferred to the newly established department and participated in the planning and operation of Super SALE.

In 2016, he returned to the front line as an e-commerce consultant, working in various branch offices such as Osaka, Nagoya, and Kyushu.

In 2019, served as the head of the food category, striving to increase the e-commerce conversion rate of the food category.

In 2021, he established a 1st party store in the food category and growing it into a store with an annual sales revenue of 500 million yen.

In 2024, transferred to the new department and be responsible for developing new business for KA clients.
