Currently serving as the Regional Scientific Marketing Lead at IFF Health (Greater Asia) and as Chair of membership and service at the International Chinese Nutrition Young Scholar Network, Simon is dedicated to leveraging his diverse skill set to drive positive change. A passionate cooking enthusiast, he once garnered an offer from Mugaritz, a prestigious 2-Michelin starred restaurant in Spain. Simon holds a PhD from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Tufts University.
