Dr. Yan, Zhengyong graduated from Jiangnan University with a master's degree and holds a doctor degree at Ireland University College Cork. Dr. Yan has more than 20 years of research and development experience. He used to serve Dow Chemical, Doehler, etc. At present, he is the R&D director of Kerry China, leading a huge team to provide technical solutions for food service and industry customers.
