Since 2011, Jason has been the Managing Director of Advantage China. From 0 to 1, from 1 to N, he has brought Advantage Group's business and concept to China, and has gradually become a top company and industry benchmark in the field of B2B Engagement Consulting, focusing on the benchmarking to promote the healthy and sustainable B2B relationship between suppliers and retailers in China.

Providing business relationship strategy insight and consulting services for the world's leading suppliers and retailers, including P&G, Unilever, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestle, Walmart, Yonghui, JD etc. and served as an industry expert of the China Chamber of Commerce Member of the committee, industry review expert of the Ministry of Commerce of China, providing professional development suggestions for the industry retailer-supplier relationship.

Graduated from Beihang University with Master Degree.
