Vice President Greater China supply chain at PepsiCo, responsible for Greater China Supply Chain including all Plant Operations, Smart Manufacturing Transformation, Logistics/DC operation, Planning, Quality, Safety, Sustainability, Organization Development and End to End supply chain transformation.  

Before joined PepsiCo, as VP, APAC supply chain at Estee Lauder Companies, responsive for the company Asia network design, new plant setup and organization transformation. Prior to it, as a Senior Director and Hub Site Leader of Integrated Supply Chain Organizations with over 21 years’ Experience in Consumer Products working for Procter & Gamble. Worked more than 10 years oversea assignments in Europe, Canada, Japan and Singapore etc.
