Mr. Rui Fei, a member of the Communist Party of China with a Master's degree, holds the post of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the General Manager of Chongqing Tianyou Dairy Co., Ltd., with nearly 30 years of work experience in the dairy industry. He is concurrently serving as a director of the China National Food Industry Association and a standing director of the China Dairy Industry Association. He has been awarded as  "National Agricultural Advanced Individual" and "Chongqing Model Worker."

Ever since Mr. Fei became the General Manager of Tianyou Dairy in 2016, he has always persisted in the spirit of pragmatism, perseverance, openness, and tolerance by leading all staff to work hard and innovate and by dedicating to promoting the high-quality development of Tianyou Dairy. He always pays more attention to product quality and food safety. With the motto of "Quality is the life of an enterprise", he focuses on promoting high-quality dairy engineering projects, making Tianyou Dairy the first state-owned enterprise to have passed the acceptance of high-quality dairy projects. The products of Tianyou have passed 11 management system certifications and have had zero quality or safety incidents in the past 90 years. "Tianyou" and "BaiTe" have been awarded as well-known trademarks in China. Mr. Fei is also committed to establishing a high-quality supply chain of Tianyou and promoting the digital transformation process, making his contribution to the realization of high-quality development of Tianyou Dairy and the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises.
